 A plot approved for both tourism and commercial use located in Seyrantepe will be made available for bidders on February 14th, 2008. While the gross area of the plot is 46,000 square meters, net usable area is 29,640 sqm. The allowed above ground construction space for this plot is 2 times the gross land size which is 92,000 square meters.
The bidding will start at 2:30pm on February 14th, 2008. The bidding will be held in two sessions and a model of future profit sharing between the winner and TOKI will be used as a basis of bids. During the first session, closed bids will be accepted from participants and those who qualify will be invited to join the second offer/counter offer session.
