Rent for Class A offices in Esentepe Increases by 81% PDF Print E-mail

Rental prices in Gayrettepe - Esentepe region has increased 81% during the past year. This increase has surpassed Levent and Maslak area in terms of percentage. The demand for Class A office space in IstanAstoria Shopping Centerbul is increasing and the vacancy rates nearly reached zero. The new office properties also help increase the rental rates in the regions they are built in. Esentepe region also witnessed immense increases in rent prices right after Astoria opened its doors in the region.

 

At the region where Gayrettepe - Sisli and Esentepe region is located, the average price per square meter for Class A office space was $12.4 during the 4th quarter of 2006.   At the same period in 2007, this number increasing by 81% went up to $22.5 per square meters.

 

During the same period, the rent prices in Maslak increased by 28% and went up to $24.5. Altunizade on the Asian of the city had an increase of 71% and the business district at the Ataturk Airport area had an increase of 70%.

 

The rent prices at some properties in Esentepe region have now reached $40 / square meter. The most expensive offices in Levent region was able to command prices as much as $36 / sqm. The current vacanany rates at all these regions are almost close to none for all Class A buildings.
