Istanbul (OGY) February 5th, 2008 - Site Insaat, an Istanbul based hotel construction company has started talks for forming a consortium with SCAP, a  Russian contractor for designing and building a premium five-star hotel in Moscow, Russia. The property, projected to be over 50,000 square meters will be financed partly by SCAP of Moscow, an undisclosed New York based hedge fund and Site Insaat of Istanbul.
The location and the name of the hotel along with the approved project location will be announced to public shortly. Predicting a sustained growth in the Mocow real estate market, the consortium will continue to secure properties for potential investments.
