Paradise Residences in Antalya Offers 5-Star Luxury PDF Print E-mail

Paradise Residences, construction of which is ongoing in Antalya's Konyaaltı district, are being offered at prices ranging from 108,000 euros ($170,000) to 148,000 euros ($233,000).Offering the luxury of a five-star hotel, the project includes 144 apartments in eight blocks set for completion in April.

Constructed on an area spanning 8,500 square meters by Demo İnşaat, Paradise Residences offer 2+1 apartments differing in size from 90 to 110 square meters and duplex 3+1apartments on 149 square meters. Having extra bathrooms and wardrobes, the duplex flats also include terraces of 35 square meters.

 

Paradise Residences stand out with their social facility areas such as three swimming pools, Turkish bath, sauna, covered children's playground, billiard rooms, conference rooms, cafes and pubs. Located at a distance of 900 meters from the world-famous Konyaaltı coast, the project promises an enjoyable life with its mountain view and French architectural design.

 

“Our project is being constructed with the luxury of a five-star hotel. Every detail from the lighting of the swimming pools to the social facilities has been well thought of and planned. We keep the monthly charges at the level of 75 to 100 euros although we offer every kind of detail,” said Hikmet Keskin, Antalya general coordinator of Dema İnşaat, who also noted that they will increase the number of flats to 500 with two projects that are set to be launched soon.
