Delmar Yapı is starting construction of a new residence project in Istanbul's Kurtköy district after the Elite Life Residence project in the same region.

Located on the 50-meter-wide Osmanlı Boulevard, the largest boulevard of Kurtköy, at close distance to Sabiha Gökçen Airport and the newly constructed fairground, the residence project will target high-income groups. Hosting a limited number of world-famous restaurants and cafés at its entrance, the project promises to offer the luxury of a five-star hotel in the district. The project will be comprised of one-bedroom-plus-one-lounge office-flats of 60 square meters in size. The smart building system, open and covered swimming pools, fitness center, hairdresser and dry-cleaning are among the facilities to be offered in the project, which will also provide doormen for each apartment. The interior decoration applications, on the other hand, will be composed entirely of special designs. 

Second stage for sales in Elit Life project

“We have completed sales in the first stage of the Elit Life Residence in Istanbul's Kurtköy, while sales for the second stage are still going on. We increased quality standards in the region with the world-famous brands and high-quality applications used in our Elit Life Residences. We now aim to attract the attention of more investors with our new projects,” noted the Delmar Yapı authorities.
