Mia Park project, which was constructed on an area of 12,000 square meters in Istanbul's Kurtköy neighborhood, offers prices staring from YTL 134,000 ($100,000). Including a total of 139 apartments, the Mia Park project has allocated an area of 10,000 square meters to green spaces and social facilities.

Constructed by Namberg İnşaat, an affiliate of the Saray Halı Group and famous for its projects such as Beykoz Konakları and Kemer Rose Residence, the Mia Park project was conducted with an investment value of $18 million. Standing out due to its reasonable payment options, the project offers the opportunity to pay 5 percent of the total price at the purchase and 20 percent at delivery (June), while offering 0-percent interest rates in a 24-month installment period or interest rates below 1 percent in a 10-year installment period for the remaining amount.

“The project includes covered and open parking lots, a swimming pool, a tennis court, multi-purpose sports grounds, a children's playground, a small shopping center, a sauna, a small cinema hall, a steam bath, a billiard room, a café and a terrace for common use,” said Mehmet Aslan, group coordinator of Namberg İnşaat, who also added that they expected the Mia Park project to meet customer demands at the maximum level.
