Multi Turkmall, a joint venture of the Holland based Multi Development and Turkish based Turkmall, will be opening a shopping center in Canakkale which they will call "Forum". Other shopping centers in Turkey that were opened by Multi Turkmall include M1 Adana, M1 Konya, M1 Kartal, Istanbul Nautilus, Ankara bilkent, Maltepe Carrefour and MKM Akatlar.

Soyak to Build Two New Shopping Centers in Adana PDF Print E-mail

Soyak, in partnership with Tahincioglu Holding, has recently started developing two shopping centers in Adana and the company is planning to comlete both centers by 2010. One center is located in the north part of Adana and is planned to have 140,000 sqm of leaseable space. The other center, located in the east part of Adana will have 25,000 sqm of leaseable space.

TOKI Awards Agaoglu Group the Contract for the Plot in Seyrantepe PDF Print E-mail

Agaoglu Construction Group, offering 232,925,000 YTL to TOKI, won the bid opened for the plot in Seyrantepe that is both tourism and commercially zoned. The land is located adjacent to the new Galatasaray stadium that is built by the well-known architect Eren Talu.

Metro plans to open 10 new stores in Turkey and reach a total of 36 stores by the 18th year of its operations in Turkey. The total number of employees will also reach 7,000 after hiring 2,000 employees for the new operations.
