Multi Turkmall, a joint venture of the Holland based Multi Development and Turkish based Turkmall, will be opening a shopping center in Canakkale which they will call "Forum". Other shopping centers in Turkey that were opened by Multi Turkmall include M1 Adana, M1 Konya, M1 Kartal, Istanbul Nautilus, Ankara bilkent, Maltepe Carrefour and MKM Akatlar.

Multi Turkmall executives have visited the Young Businessmen Association of Canakkale and provided the members of the association with details of the investment. Tolga Erkut, the Mluti Turkmall executive who made the presentation also informed the local businessmen about the business opportunities that will arise once the center gets operational. Turkmall expects the center to attract a minimum of 8 million visitors per year.
