Astoria Shopping Center and residences, located in Esenler region of Istanbul is now open. The facility consists of a shopping center, residences managed by Kempinski Group, a hotel and office space. The project is located in a premium area of Istanbul and is in close proximity to many other well-known projects.

All the available retail space was secured by tenants long before the opening. The rental prices for these spaces that are spread on 5 different floors are between 50 Euros and 200 Euros depending on the size and location of the stores.

According to an announcement by the management, one important aspect of this project is that it is the first and only residential property in Turkey that is managed by a hotel group. The managemtn offers its tenant many out of ordinary services such as in-residence event planning, travel arrangements, limo and helicopter transfers to multiple points in the city.

The facility is also home to a movie theatre with a capacity of 1,000 people and is managed in partnership with Mars Entertainment Group.
