Local management company, AVM Partners, found by Aydım Yurdum, Dora Sahinturk and Tarkan Ander joined forces with Germany's MFI Management fur Immobilien AG.

AVM Partners manages 1750 contracts with a total of 750,000 square meters leaseable space. According to an article published on local newspaper Milliyet, Aydın Yurdum, the CEO of AVM Partners was quoted as "We want the shopping centers in our portfolio to be the very best in their regions. We believe the experience and know-how of our new partner, MFI, will contribute strongly to the success of our future business."
