Kazim Cizmeci has talked to the media at a press conference he arranged right after there were some news about the center not doing as good as expected. Cizmeci said that the total number of visitors exceeded 1,217,000 in the past two months. He also added that the profile of their visitors were different fro mthe other centers due to the location and a signle visitor at City’s had 10 times the purchasing power than the visitors of the other shopping centers.

Corporations that visited City’s in the past few months included Lafayette of Paris and financial groups from New York that have investments in Portugal and Dubai. The current owners also said that they do not plan to sell the center soon but they are open to strategic partnerships.
